Peter Randall-Page Sculpture standing stark and beautiful in the snow at Yorkshire Sculpture Park  

Yorkshire and the whole of the UK experienced some spectacularly icy weather at the start of 2010. On one of the rare days I could actually get out of the house, I ventured to Yorkshire Sculpture park to see the Peter Randall-Page sculptures. I had seen the installation before in more clement weather but the snow did incredible things with the forms and details of the sculptures. As the wintry sun went down the sculptures became more and more alive. The results were so beautiful that I have posted a selection of photos here. A magical day.
